May 11, 2026 | Open Water Diver Corse

Following yesterday’s training, today was Day 2 of the Open Water Diver course, and we headed out by boat to the beautiful Kerama Islands.

After reviewing the use of scuba equipment, we practiced buoyancy control in deeper water. Since our students train on the same boat as certified divers, they can observe how fun dives are conducted and gain a more practical understanding of what diving after certification is really like.

Our guest was already comfortable in the ocean thanks to previous snorkeling experience, so the course progressed very smoothly. His confidence in the water allowed him to focus on refining his diving skills while enjoying the underwater environment.

After completing the course requirements and taking a lunch break, he decided to make the most of the day by adding an extra fun dive. Since he was already in one of the world's most beautiful diving destinations, it seemed like the perfect opportunity!

Throughout the day, we visited three of the most popular dive sites in the Kerama Islands. From dramatic underwater topography and schools of colorful anthias to sea snakes, sea turtles, pristine white sand, and healthy coral reefs, there was something exciting around every corner.

It turned out to be a fantastic day of diving, filled with beautiful scenery, diverse marine life, and plenty of unforgettable memories beneath the surface. We hope this experience will be the start of many more diving adventures for him in the future.
