| Health Check | This is for all divers who join our programs. Please check the medical questionnaire in the link below. If you have answered YES to any of items 3, 5, or 10 on the first page, or any of the items on the second page, please bring a document with a doctor's diagnosis and signature on the third page on the day of diving. →Medical Questionnaire（PDF） |
| Airplane Boarding | You cannot board a plane within 18 hours of the end of diving. Please return on the next day or later. |
| Transportation Service | Free transportation service is available only at hotels in Naha city. For diving after arrival, airport pick-up is also available. Please be sure to bring a change of clothes and a towel if you use the transportation service. Please dress dry when getting in the car. |
| Participations of minors | In Japan, a person under the age of 18 is a minor. A parent or guardian's signature is required to participate in the program, so please sign and bring the document that will be sent to you by E-Mail in advance. |
| About dive sites | We may have no choice but to change the dive sites due to weather, sea conditions, or boat conditions. We appreciate your understanding. ＊No cancellation fee will be charged due to inclement weather. |
| Payment | We will send you an invoice prior to the tour. Please complete the payment by credit card. Your reservation will be completed upon payment. Credit card payment is accepted for options added on the day of the tour. |
| Cancellation Policy | 24 hours from the start of the program : 100% fee charged. 24-48 hours from the start of the program : 80% fee charged. 48-72 hours from the start of the program : 50% fee charged. Examples of cancellations due to customer's circumstances ・Late for meeting time ・Sudden illness ・Unable to dive due to a YES item on the medical questionnaire ・Minors who do not have parental consent signed by a parent ・Not following the instructor's instruction |
